I
think maintaining food habit and doing regular exercise is the best of weight
loss practice. It is the healthy weight process, without any side effect. Lead
a disciplined life is the key of bringing happiness. We know the well known
proverb,
‘Early
to bed and early to rise
Makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise’
