IMPORTANCE OF MEDITATION
Most of the people talk
to god through praying to receive that answer from interior silence to listen
it is meditation. When we stop thinking, we can save creative energy of our life.
Somebody days ‘silence
is the voice of God’. Meditation is the kind of way to communicate with the
God. In different religious statements we followed that meditation. It is the
process of developing spiritual power.
Meditation is the
exercise of deep breathing, relax the body. First take a long breath as if it
reflects the thought and feeling of that person, out the breath and repeat the
process two or three times. When
someone deeply concentrated, we will able to hold his breath. When he become
calm, his breathing also become quite.
Mind goes through two
directions on two directions or two thought process. One is going through the sub conscious
thought. Another is super consciousness. Soul- awareness that means super
consciousness is needed in the deep meditation. Some of the day all are not
engaged their mind, rather their mind engaging them.
Mind is running all
over the space, reducing energy. In the mean, it is important that listen to
your mind. Concentrate on relaxing more
deeply in that time. Feel that in mentally and emotionally. Also feel the
presence of air in the body.
Meditation helps a man
to concentrate his work, aim or mission what he wants to perform. Deeply
concentrate through the concepts is the activities of meditation, which helps
people to gather knowledge about the subject matter or gaining concepts about
the those topics. Man also gets spiritual energy. Through advertisement or
photographs we see many kind of meditation program.
The yoga offers a
number of exercises. In Yoga course ‘The Ananda’ course is self-realization.
Take a Deep breath through the nose 6-12 times. Keep the breathing 6-12. Then
exhale the breath. Again continue the process.
Meditation is the
development of mindfulness and it also increases our enjoyment of life.
Attentiveness helps us to increase the key elements of emotional intelligence.
Attentiveness is the shortcut way to knowing ourselves.
By connecting breath,
paying attention to the steadiness or concentration about own self.
Neurological research
tells us the importance of meditation. After a research, Dr. found that, in
these people, the parts of their brains that helps to form positive emotions
which became increasingly active.
Mindfulness meditation calm the mind and calm mind become active to pay
attention and think more at the same time. If we can work with paying attention
it will be more affect full. It also improves the creative thinking. Under this
condition, our thinking capabilities increased.
Meditation practice is
the tool which gives us hope. It is relative to the absolute matter. A calm mind brings interior peace. But
increase the awareness, sprit.
Meditation practices
also gives us many insights and we have to know how attentive usually are in
this relative realm.
